What we tell people on the driveway
Every gutter we hang is made at your house. The machine is on the trailer. Flat coil goes in one end and a finished run comes out the other, cut to the length of your eave, so there are no joints along it to work loose later.
That is the main reason our gutters last.
In the owner's words
We strive to be the best company on the job through communication, timeliness, and professionalism. We use only the highest quality products and do not cut any corners.
Premium Seamless Gutters
Communication is first on that list for a reason. Most complaints about contractors in this trade are not about the work itself. They are about people not showing up, not calling back, or moving the date without saying so. We answer the phone and turn up when we said we would. If something changes, we call you before you have to call us.
What we can back up
5.0 stars on Google, with no negatives. 95% of our work comes from referrals. We are licensed and insured. That is all we claim, and we are not going to pad it.
Who you will be dealing with
We are a small crew, locally owned and operated, working out of New Braunfels. The person who quotes your job works on it too, so there is nobody in the middle to lose the message.
When we come to look you will meet the people who will actually be on your roof.
How a job goes
The four steps of a job
- 1
We come look.
We measure the roof, check the pitch and the fascia, and tell you what it needs. No charge to look.
- 2
We roll the gutter on your driveway.
It comes off flat coil on the trailer, cut to fit your house, so each run is one piece with no seams to come apart.
- 3
We hang it and set the fall.
We hang it on hidden hangers, pitch it so it drains, and put the downspouts where the water should leave.
- 4
We clean up and walk it with you.
We pick every offcut and screw up off the ground, then walk the whole run with you.
Our trailer, our crew
The machine comes to your house.
Pratt’s trailer carries the gutter machine and the coil. The crew rolls every run on your driveway, cut to the length of your eave.
