Gutters in Marion, TX

A small town with tight lots in the middle and real acreage as soon as you leave it.

The Texas Hill Country in warm light after a storm has cleared

About twenty-five minutes southeast.

Marion splits neatly into two kinds of job, and which one you have changes the answer.

In town

The older homes on the smaller lots near the center are close together, and there is often not much distance between a downspout and the neighbor's fence line. That constrains where water can go, so we spend the time on discharge: extensions, kickouts and occasionally routing a downspout to the opposite corner of the house because that is the only direction with anywhere for the water to run.

Out of town

Past the edges the lots open up into acreage with metal-roofed houses and outbuildings, and the job looks much more like the ones we do around Geronimo: longer runs, several buildings, one visit.

Trees

Oak, and mesquite out on the more open ground. Mesquite drops fine leaflets and seed pods that behave more like cedar debris than oak leaves in a gutter, in that they go straight through a coarse screen.

Getting to you

Marion is comfortably inside the range we cover from New Braunfels, and it is a straightforward drive. If you are further out than the town itself, call and ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Where the water goes after it leaves the downspout is the subject of why water at your slab matters.
